Weather:

Please note that if Saturday’s weather is looking wet, we will postpone the event to Sunday the 12th from 3 - 8pm. If the weather on Sunday is also wet, we will likely cancel the event. Make sure you listen to 1XX/check social media on the day to stay up to date with any changes

Parking:

Main Parking: We encourage you to park at the McAlister Street and Kakahoroa Drive car park and walk along the Warren Cole river bank to the event. There is plenty of parking at both of these locations.

Disability Parking: We have limited parking on McGarvey road for disability parking and emergency vehicles only.

If you are parking on McGarvey Road or Beach street, please do not block driveways, the Holiday park entrance or park on grass verges. Wardens will be on patrol ensuring this is strictly adhered to.

BYO:

Bottles and rubbish: You are allowed to bring BYO drinks, but please take home any bottles and food waste from the venue. This will be a huge help to our wonderful volunteers and event crew on the day.

Reusable cups and bottles:  We love reusable bottles and cups, bring yours along for hot or cold drinks and there will be water stations for you to keep hydrated.

Chairs or Blankets: remember to bring your favourite outdoor chair or blanket, and shade. We have plenty of lovely spaces under the trees or on the grass for you to create your relaxing music watching space. (Don't forget that sunscreen too)
